What to expect at your inspection

We, (you are invited to come along) walk through your prospective home.

This helps you to learn as much as possible about the condition of the property and have your questionsand/or concerns addressed as we go.

Your home inspections is a thorough, in-depth visual examination of the structure and operating components of the home.

I will discuss with you, what I am inspecting, why I am inspecting it and what I have found.

Once we completed the home inspection, you will have a better understanding of the property.

We will discuss the report, specifically defects, and of course. safety hazards.

Your comperhensive, easy to read report will be mailed/emailed/faxed or you could view and print online (your choice).

When you purchase a home, you want to do it with, peace of mind, and confidence...... Thats My Goal!
